how much is your KWH?? does a 250w HPS + 250w Ballast make 500w or still 250w? is the ballast taking the 250w only to the light or isit neading an extra 250w to power itself? basically is a 250w HPS + 250w Ballast = 500w or 250w still, thats what i really wanna know.... cheers guys
