Doh! I knew all about thc acid, but for some reason I didn't realise that Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinolic acid synthase was the same thing as thca..... I cook with my bud sometimes, it defo gets chucked in the oven for 20 min on 100c if it's cooked the day I cut the plant down.
