Well, honestly, I'm not too sure about the science behind it. In vegetative growth, the plant will use more N than P and K. As a rule of thumb I've always been told to go with a ratio of 2:1:1. I'm guessing the reasoning behind this is that since the plant uses much more nitrogen, there may end...

They are looking healthier but you should be feeding more N than P and K at this point. Something along the lines of 3-2-2 or 2-1-1 or whatever, as long as there is more N than everything else.
