    I would highly advise using co2, especially if your in a basement. Ive seen such a difference since using it that i consider it a neccessity.

    Ive figured out over time how much each strain will stretch, so i dont usually have that problem anymore, but when it does happen thats how i correct it. I like to top my plants right before i put them in my budding room and that helps from too much stretch.

    When mine stretch too much, i just bend the top over horizontally and it will heal that way and the top will straighting its self back out and give u the clearance u need under your light.

    When they start getting close youll see hairs changing from white to a brown or golden color
