In Michigan a fresh cutting is considered a plant...no roots doesn't matter it's a plant and the law with hit you every time if they can.

Never grown outside but as for inside flowering time doesn't change if you top. Maybe veg a little longer so that the branches develop more but when they hit the 12/12 nothing changes. Personal experience.

Personally I think it's the stress of going from flower to veg and back to flower. All 24 of my plants that I " reflowered" produced 1point leaves and continues to do so with about 3 weeks left in flower.

I only do it if I have to but like everyone else has said its very possible and people do it all the time. I've had best results in a cloner or maybe I was just too impatient when I had some in coco...got about 60% rooted in coco but well above 90% in the cloner.

From the pics you will have many new shoots in a week or so. Nice

Everyone loves the pineapple also...has a great fruity smell and taste.

Bubblicious from nirvana is a good strain (running it right now) but if I have a mite find my rooms they go for her first! As of now my favorite strain to grow is pineapple express from G-13 labs. ( not the auto flower) very strong.. my cat ate every leaf off a clone when it was about 10 inches...

(not sure if you did) sometimes when you take clones off a plant that is in flower (from 1-14 days or so) you can get the new growth on the clone to be 1 point or 3 point leaves. Let it grow out some an it should be fine if it has roots. I have also noticed that these clones tend to do t.he...
