I just did a harvest and pulled one and let the other sit for an extra 36hrs and I didn't see any difference between the two. I have heard that mold can grow quick during long spans of darkness while still on the plant. Hope this helps.

The white hairs tell you that it is a female but, males after a few weeks produce white hairs too. Yours looks like a female to me.
