i was wondering if i should get this dimmable ballast for my grow room its 1X4 square feet i wanted to get the dimmable ballast for when i move out in a year.would i be able to run this at 50% 300 watts for a 1X4 space with proper ventilation or am i shooting for too much?

should i be treating this any differnt than soil with nutes in it .like maybe addding nutes earlier for seedlings?

they were about 3 inches away.can i have too much light on a seedling?

its some potting soil from osh no npk ratio in sight all it says is its pre-fertilized.im kinda short on cash so any cheap soil suggestions for a smooth transplant?

sorry about that... i water every 3 days havent gave it any nutes just regualar pre fertilized potting soil.and its like a light brown starting from the tips of the leaves spreading.also,ive been adding superthrive midway into the grow.
