I live in the Seattle area lowlands, near the salt water. i'm looking for A) advice on planting outdoors- I've sucessfully planted quite a few other other crops- corn, beans, carrots, squash, just by directly planting the seeds outdoors, usually at the beginning of May. Is this possible here...

Honestly, since we've pretty much proven that it's harmless...there should be less tax than alcohol or cigarettes. Make it similar to corn or something. I doubt the state would care, people would be more likely to buy it anyway. I have no idea where the taxes should go. Education...

also, Beardo voted no because hew disagreed with the punsihments for those under 21 but over 18. Also the punishments for selling were still a bit high- if i remember, they didn't make much sense.
