I don't know but I would assume people would say that because generally CFL grows are limited by other factors, making CO2 less useful. If your grow is pretty well dialed in I suppose why not give CO2 a shot? Let us know your results! :D

I wasn't trying to bash them. I've seen a number of grow threads showing LEDs matching or beating the same wattage HPS. Just pointing out that a watt is a watt of heat, regardless of what bulb type it is. Just trying to help people and clear up a common misconception. I hope your grow does well...

I don't know anything about electricity.... but... the MLC-4XT has a 120 volt trigger to plug into a timer to run the relay. As far as I'm aware, it's not proper / to code to use a 3 wire 30 amp line when running anything 120 volts. All the commercial light controllers seem to do this though...

I'd only get strains that have had a lot of reviews done on them already. Buying new untested strains seems almost like using bagseed.
