Thanks for all the tips guys. I have now noticed that alot of the undergrowth is starting to die, presumably because they are so bushy and the undergrowth is not getting enough light. I have 2 questions about this: 1) Is it really ok to trim them up a bit or is this likely to stress them out...

Seriously think flowering now after only 22 days? I was under the impression that I would fill the screen 75% (so about 3 more weeks/6 weeks Veg total) then switch bulbs and cycle to 12/12.

AH!!!! The lightbulb is on! Sorry for being a dumbass. I thought flushing was effectively overwatering where you drench the plant and there is a lot of runoff. I misunderstood. Thanks for the clarificationa nd that makes life a hell of a lot easier.

If tyhe runoof is above 6.5 what remedies can I apply to reduce the PH soil?

Tested the PH of my water and its 7.6. This is too high isn't it? I have some PH down so will read the label to see how to apply it and try it out. Will also leave a container of water out so the chlorine can evaoprate. Hopefully this will solve my problem.

I just checked the plants and the problem is getting worse. After looking at the link posted by rsharp I think it might be the pH of the water I am using. I have a POH pen coing tomorrow so I will check it. Am I right in thinking a 6.8 PH is about right for an indoor soil grow?

Thanks for the comments. I am just concerned as I don't want to kill them. I have a feeling it might be because I misted the plants with the lights real close so will see if it starts speading over the next few days. Anyone aelse have any ideas?
