i have 2, 2 foot T12 fluorescent tubes, 1025 lumens each, 6,500K, 20 watts each. This is only for vegetation stage and im running 2 plants at a time. will i need to get more in order for 2 plants to grow effectively? what should i get? link thank you ps. pic has some random plant

Im new to growing but it is too easy to over nute plants so there is no point to adding pests when i can be done easily with foxfarm. just my opinion
