whats a CFL daylight and whats the difrence

i use a 100 w bulb just now its been on them for a week and a half

i feed them with baby bio twice a day and they have 18 h of light so any advice would be good

not got any pic ive sat them under just a norm lamp to start with im wating on a hp sodium lamp coming throw the plants ar could big bang ,they have 4 leaves at the top of the stem and thats it ,was wondering how long it takes to start to grow steams and leaves

hi ive just started to grow my first plants theyve grow about 100 mm but still av not grown any steams from the side theve been grown for a week and a half can anybody help thnks
