How do u know how much water to put its hard to tell with the soil and rock wool i read its just the the cup feels a Lil heavy from being light with no water but nothing On How much is enough I do not want to over water again

Ok I got the fan to blow on them it's 3 speeds and it's oscillating fan hopefully it helps. the leaves on one look kinda yellow I'm going to post a pic so you guys can see too

I had a friend that grows come over and he said I should water them tmw and that the soil felt dry

The rockwool there in and soil both fill dry not damp at all I last watered them on the 4th

Why type of nutes some guy at a shop told me not to use any on it that there too young and I have seein clones grown with less light than I got on them

Thanks and how about the dead leafs shoud I leave them on? if you can see there is a leaf that is dry and curled up do I leave it I don't want it to waste energy if it's just dying you know.

Got them a few days ago they ha look healthy but I do not know what happen I have 2 42watt 150watt equivalent each also a 23watt I had just watered them and I'm thinking maybe over watering because it was clawing down but I'm not sure what about the leaves in read its normal it means it's eating...
