First time grower outside thinking of getting some good quality soil FFOF or MG. will get my seeds to sprout in a cup then plant them in soil. what i want to know is: once the plant sprouts from the ground should i build a mini greenhouse or let them experience the elements?

I should have added this before but: what should be the Watt for CFL or T5 Floresent. And should i get daylight, homelight, white linear, spectrum linear, cool white etc.? makes sense to get the daylight but maybe something else?
