    You didn't need the rooting hormone - they're rooted already. Start them on a complete nute regiment immediately and don't stress 'em out for a few days (ie. monitor and maintain the water temperature, atmosphere conditions, pH levels, etc.)

    Either is fine. I, too, grow in hydro and I've done both leeching agents and straight pH-ed water. IMO a low nute solution like final flush works better to rid the chemical taste. I flush for 3-4 days

    Yes, this plant could be transplanted. A plant is okay to be transplanted when you have a sufficient root mass. Growth below ground = growth above ground... and there is obviously growth above ground!! :) I agree with more light!
