its a combination of a few things. ur light should be a lil closer, wind is good for it, and its pretty normal, i use a couple peices of quarter sized bark to hold em up, if i doesnt fix itself by another week, its also needs more nitrogen.good luck.

thanks for the kind words. it is pretty healthy, i am always battling heat stress, so, if u look in my album at the top of my plant, u will see some browning, but, i think it grew so fast because, i push the limits with heat stress, cfls are awsome, better color range then HPS, but, damn they...

i got the "daylight " bulbs at the local supply house(electrical), im a master electrician by trade so i watch around. there only 13w tho, so i hang em so that they almost touch the plant, the big boys u can hang a few inches away......... look for a cfl, that has a color rating of [ 4100k]...

hey- my friend grows northern light plants, and gets anywhere from a half of a lbs, to a whole lbs from them using 5 gallon buckets. do not worry about it, just dont vegg them above 5 feet in the buckets, most root growth occurs durring vegg, meaning, if your not root bound by the time u flower...

thanks. i have pics i will try to post. week1 i had a 4 inch plant, week two i had a 10-12 incher. by the end of week 3, it was 18+ inches, and by the end of week 4, it was about 30 inches. i admit, its one of the faster grower plants ive seen, i have a similarly aged plant, only 30 inches now...
