I used all peat pots from home depot for some clones I just transplanted. All 12 died, the 4 I put in plastic cups are looking great. Just a heads up, I'm not the best grower but I'm also not the worst and these things have done more damage to me than any other mistake I have ever made growing...

I have 3 plants all different strains from feminized seeds, all 6 or 7 nodes and 15-18 inches tall. My question is how many clones can I take from each plant? in addition how long should I wait after taking the clones to switch these plants to flower? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
