i seen in here some plant that r just 24 25 inches with a yield of 4 to 5 ounces they use a technice call scrog(screen of green) is very usefull for people with little vertical space i want to try it for my next grow and the good thing is tha u just need 1 to 4 plant and u will get better yield...

is hard to belive that u having heat problems with only 250 watt but anyways read the faq in this sit is really helpfull and try spraying the plants whit some mineral water(sparkli water) it act as co2 and helps keeping the temp down
