I have 4 plants growing on a 12/12 cycle.
3 Snow Whites
1 Blue Widow
I took pictures of the Blue Widow. It's been about a month and a half and I'm ready seeing plenty of orange hairs. I also see tons of the white hairs and I know that I can't harvest yet.
I'm in a pickle, I don't want...
personally, i would do a CFL grow in the cabinet. That would be more stealthy than the closet imo. There are some strains out there that stay pretty short like Big Bud but it still has a nice big yield.
check craigslist for a nice light, they have really good deals sometimes. I saw a factory or some large manufacturer going out of business and they were selling a 150W light with a ballast go for $30 the other day.
are you trying a stealthy grow in the closet or will no one else be peeking in...
definitely tell me how that strain is when you finish harvesting :) A couple of Snow White seeds that I bought online germinated and I put them into a couple of solo cups, so we're not that far apart in our grows, lol
don't use the miracle grow yet, you don't want to burn your plants with nutrients that haven't even grown too much yet. Do your pots have holes in the bottom to let the water out? If not then try to put very very small ones in the bottom so the soil won't be so liquidy
Nice man, your grow is similar to mine except I haven't been using too many nutrients. I hope my plants grow a bit taller just like those last couple of pictures you had.
I used three cfl's also and still am, lol. I'm going to put my plants into flowering in a week or so and I'm just waiting...
no, you want a bulb that doesn't do anything to the plants when they're sleeping and you're trying to work on them. One that doesn't give off a light on the spectrum that will make the plant wake up or accept the light
Maybe thats the thing, the plants don't receive any light because of the green color from the spectrum (if it gives off a green light from the spectrum).
Then he is able to work in the dark if he ever needs to.
you can try to grow with CFL's so the bill doesn't go too high up but you definitely can't do it hydroponically, lol
try to find a spot in your house first, even though i wouldn't recommend doing it with your brother and sister, and then you can start after that
Don't worry about the CFL's. You can bring them back in a little closer.
I don't think that it's caused from overwatering because the leaves would be slightly droopy.
Why don't you try flushing out your plants for a week or so so that they clear out all the nutes that may be harmful.
lol, i could tell you're an archie by your avatar. I'm majoring in something similar, Industrial Design. We've got studio and all that too, its fun as hell though.
Well, I just read up on it and the hydrogen peroxide reacts with the water causing more oxygen in the soil promoting growth.
bottom line: it helps out the roots and plant by supplying more oxygen.
You need to use a very tiny amount mixed with a lot of water. No more than a capful of hydro...
