do I want to use high-bay or low-bay lighting. I can buy a 400 watt halide (low-bay) light or a 250 watt hps (high-bay) for $25.00. which should I go for???

you are watering to much!! that would be my guess... I would also suggest putting under 18 hours of light per day if you are still trying to keep in the veg. state, if flowering put it under 12 hours of light.. that's my two cents!!

I didn't think it was quite ready yet. I just thought that I should get a second opinion. Thanks for the replies. This is my first time trying to grow with cfl's (first time with light's really). Just experimenting. Just got my Medical Marijuana Card and, can't wait to buy some clones!!!
