    and the plants are sucking up water like no-body's business. half a gallon a day each minimum. im sort of wondering if thats it that they just need more water or more water and less nutes. like i said only 500 watts of T5 hitting them 18/6 indoors with air circulation on during 16 hours a day.

    chlorophyll will absorb every color in the light spectrum besides green. so its like its not there, but just dont use too much of it.

    cloning tomatoes

    no need for rooting hormone here. just fill a water bottle up with water, get a cutting off the plant, and stick it in. roots will grow out 4-5 days. replant in ground. will be wilted for a couple of days once in ground but they'll shoot right back up.
