Due to the extreme heat in and outdoors my plants are very thirsty and become sloppy about every other or every 3rd day. Is it safe to water without nutes or will this cause overwatering symptoms due to oxygen deficiency?

Im considering buying SuperVit and Phosphorous Plus but i'd like to know from someone with experience if these really make a difference in bud weight when its harvesting time.

Lets say i chose to use 50/50 on the spectrums(100w 2700k and 100w 6500k) for blooming, would there be a noticeable change in bud-weight compared to 100% 2700k bulbs(i.e 200w 2700k)? And if so, how much weight would it be?
