    Possible Calcium Deficiency?

It's clearly a calcium/magnesium issue (yellowing at the top, brown spots on lowers). The ph would be the first thing to check. after that add calmag and don't go overboard.

All I can tell you is the ideal droplet size in aeroponics is about 50 microns. Fulvic acid makes an excellent wetting agent.

    Will any strain turn purple?

Dropping the temps stops chlorophyll production because plants stop absorbing phosphorus. What you said isn't really a contradiction.

    Will any strain turn purple?

Dropping the temps below 50 degrees at night continuously WILL turn any plant purple. Why? It's all because of phosphorus, when temps drop below 50 it causes phosphorus lockout. better taste: soil or hydro

Weed grown in soil tends to have more terpines an essential oils. Not to mention weed grown in hydro will most likely have chemical fertilizers in it. Most of the weed entered in the cannabis cup is grown in soil.

    Using Bennies with chem nutes?

Bennies don't need organic nutes. Buy some Aquashield and put it in your res with some sweet, the pythium will be gone in a day. You can also use H202.

My water has a high iron content. Safe to use?

200 ppm is way too high, you can use a hose filter to get it down but plants will die if you use that water. RO is another option but i dont recomend it. http://www.google.com/products/catalog?q=hose+filter&hl=en&gbv=2&prmd=ivns&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=shop&cid=13475807118167452151
