I think so , i have pretty much exact setup , i went and got 3 105watt cfls , with each one putting out around 6500 lumens and my 400watt on top im able to to have 12 to 18 plants depending on the pot size averaging about 2-3 oz per plant

Jerry , You have a lot going on with these plants , you need to check your ph , plants are burnt from over fertilization like robert said cut the dead stuff , flush flush flush! cut back on the nuts, you might want to consider harvesting sooner
