Mimosa from Herbies Seeds did well for me in NW CT this year.

Florist tape. Stretches and sticks on it self. Easy to take off it you want but it stretches with growth.

The cool nights really make the purples come out. I believe it also enhances the flavors. Less chlorophyll to start the process.
