The majority of them do. The dealer growers won't acknowledge it as long as their bud still sells and nobody else knows what to do either. I think it's those cheap LEDs. I might try an expensive set, or maybe halogen lights?

No nanners. This has nothing to do with pollen, I know that much for certain! They're hard enough to roll between your thumb and forefinger but crumble up if the weeds really dry. If it's really moist they feel sticky and oily and usually remain fused to the seed pod/calax

This is as large as they get, no matter how long the plants grow! They tiny and most people just crush them up and smoke them but I'm determined to get to the bottom of it. I'm eliminating possibilities one after another and I'm beginning to think it's the cheap LEDs
