So it seems that it is heat damage. He's got a heater in the tent keeping it approx 25c ..and this morning when he went to check on them...it's very wilted on the side closest to the heater. ( Its gotten much hotter lately outside...so our AC is running more...maybe making his heater run more...

He said that he put 3tbsp/gal of Gaia green power bloom (2 8 4) as per the directions on the container. How much is one supposed to give if this is too much??

That's what I assumed. Should we water it down good? Like until it runs through ?
