I have a high success rate by soaking in a glass of water with a few drops of hydrogen peroxide. I do this until the tails come out 1/8th inch or so then I put directly into soil.

I have a flora flex system with 2 .5 gph drippers on each 5 gallon pot. The amount of time it takes is varying depending on the week of flower and plant size but it's been about 25 minutes to get the soil fully saturated from completely dry each day.

Thank you all for the replies and opinions! It seems to be obvious that the unanimous decision is watering higher volume less frequent. I am burning c02 and under 1000 watt leds. Plants are definitely dry after 24 hours. If I go more then that they begin to wilt.

How many times a day should I water? Only recommendations I've seen in soil is once a day until 10% run off. Do I water twice a day 5%run off?

I've made an auto watering system for my soil grow. My main question that I'm having difficulty finding answers for is should I still stick to only watering once a day because it's soil? I've been watering until runoff in the mornings and my plants are often very dry by night.

Even in this environment? 1000 watt lights and high c02 I thought it would need higher ec. This is also the only plant with these effects 18 days in.

Fox farm ocean forest 5 gallon pot. Yes there is a fan oscillating directly on them. I turned the speed of it down when I seen this. I'm going to remove the massive bloom formulation from my nutrients lowering the ec.

I am using jacks 321 at the 321 ratio. I added bloom massive formulation at half dose.

What is a good ec? Most of my plants are thriving.

I recently hooked up auto watering with a flora flex system. Ran 3/4 pvc to bubbler heads at each net of my 4x4 nets. Then ran .5 gph drippers of the bubbler head 2 drippers per 5 gallon pot. It's working great.

Currently pushing about 2.4 ec no sign of nute burn. Running 1000 watt hps and 1400 ppm c02. Water everyday with feed. Running jacks nutrients and loving em.

Been reading several of your posts, youre all over the place. Looking good this grow. I've had great success with happy frog and ocean forest. Pro mix seemed too bland for me, good luck.
