Im about to start my first grow in a small space. Im going to scrog. My question is, when to switch to flower? Does the plant need a certain amount of time or do I switch whenever the scrog net is filled enough? I expect the net to fill fast in a 2ft x 2ft space. Thanks

Problem I am finding as I can find tons of post on how to build the cabinet from the refrigerator. But they are all for indoor grows. Will the same thing work without any temperature or humidity control during the right growing season?
