    Climate controlled grow fridge

The fridge handles cool temps very well. It is so well insulated (since it's made to contain freezer temps) that it maintained 76f constantly even though it was in the low 30s recently outside. The light acts as a sufficient source of warmth and the fridge just doesn't have to turn on to cool as...

    Climate controlled grow fridge

Sorry, guys been out of the loop for a while due to the pandemic. Quick update, harvest went very well, I did have problems..and those problems caused me a reduced yield but it was 100% related to the hydroponic side of things. I found the Co2 function could be eliminated if necessary (high...

    Failure to thrive.

I'm certain it was starting to rot as well. One of my plant was seriously stunted by the whole affair. Might have to pull it because it just cant rebound as well as the other one..

    Failure to thrive.

I thought it was a low ppm as well, but as soon as i crank it past 400 the tips of leaves start to look nitrogen burnt within a day or so. Then i get worried and dilute it down with some Ph'd water to stop it. Maybe I'm not giving it a chance.

    Climate controlled grow fridge

Looks like everything is now sorted. Stopped using general hydroponics and switched to an organic nutrient line called Peruvian gold. Plants are recovering nicely. Added hydroguard to the mix and roots are looking better. Air temp is 78-82f and plants show no negative signs from it. I think once...

    Climate controlled grow fridge

Week 5 Currently dealing with what looks to be some type of nutrient deficiency/excess.. Moved the plants further from the light until it recovers. Plant leaves brown at the lowest branches then stop browning about halfway up the leaf and browning begins on the next leaf set above. I was...

Thanks! I was considering just letting this thread die, but wanted to at least put it out there that it worked. Fridge is working perfectly. But I have a large learning curve with the hydroponic aspect of it and am currently battling an unknown problem plaguing my plants.. i made some...
