Has anyone who received the “printer down” letter received their card or a new paper card? Mine expires at the end of the month and I’m wondering when my real card will arrive.

Happened to me too... it was there and the next day it was gone.

Did you apply online?

Mine expires 2/28/19 and I have not received my card.

Mine is dated 1/29/19 and at the bottom says it's valid through 2/28/2019 only. It is the "print down" letter and not provisional.

They no longer require background checks. And I think when they did it was only for Felony convictions.

I applied online November 5 and received my paper card February 1 in the mail.

If you were approved in November and have not received your card then I would call. If you mean that you Applied in November then you might have another week or two to wait. I applied November 5 online and I got my paper card in the mail on February 1.

I’m about to try it so I will let you know once I know.

Did you register first?

I applied online 11/5/18 and was approved as of 1/24/19. I did not get provisional but was lucky enough to get my paper card in the mail yesterday. It’s good through the end of February and I should have my picture card before then.
