About how long does it take for a plant in soil to go from seed to super weed? I have 2 master kush plants under 400w hps light in fox farms soil....

Is a 400 watt HPS light powerful enough for 2-3 plants? How high should I put it above the plants? What should the light cycle be? AND..... How do I know when to start flowering.... Doing a 12/12 or something?

Can I buy a bag of Fox Farm soil and then let it sit for a week or two and it will be the exact same or should i just buy it closer to when I am going to plant? Also.... Is 4 27watt CFLs enough for 2 or 3 plants?

Hi yall, this is my first post and I am a first time grower.... I have a couple seeds I planted about 40 hours ago that were fully germinated and had about inch long white tails on them. I planted them mostly tails up in 12" pots and have 4 CFLS on 24/7... How often and how much should I water...
