I think they just grow crazy fast when they are taken good care of. Here were mine on day 15 from soil , one was under a 10w LED bulb and the other under a 23w CFL , both 2400k.On a 12/12 light cycle from seed.

Day 35 for the led plant.Looking good I think.Stretched a bit more than I expected and I think it will go another 2-3cm , will have to figure out how to tie her down , she has almost reached the bulb to burning distance and I'm out of vertical room.

I will be upgrading to either a 100w grow led or get more household bulbs and a thing , in the coming weeks.

I have a single 10w LED bulb with the diffuser removed :D

Do you have a grow log or something , I was wondering about 4000k spots and how they would work .

day 30 , cfl plant was gutted , the hermaphrodism was just too ugly for me to handle , LED plant is confirmed female , it has almost recovered from a Mg deficiency , has slight nute burn but I think its looking good.

Thanks. day 18 for these guys , cfl one is looking pretty much a hermie/male , only 2-3 preflowers have pistils (not visible in the pictures , cant get a good pic of them).Led plant still hasn't showed preflowers but is reaaaalyy bushy so I have high hopes for this one .

They looked quite nice , but removing the plastic dome from the led bulbs really makes a difference , if you are still running a led/cfl setup try it.

A small update , the cfl plant is showing preflowers with tiny lil' pistils , I'm not confirminng it 100% female yet because I had a hermie from this bag (without stressing it) , the led plant hasn't showed any preflowers yet.

Yes I really think they are better than cfls.CFL's are slightly cheaper but they put out more heat (well atleast comparing a 23w cfl vs a 10w led) , cfl's also are spreading the light 360 degrees and after removing the diffuser from the led its just 12 little leds all pointing down and its 2-3...

well I cant have 2 boxes. Almsot all of the light from the led is concentrated on 1 plant , like half a leaf from the other plant is getting slight light.Its not perfect but I think it would still be enough of a difference to get some results.

I don't think its worth it to go that small , doesnt really look great for 45 days of 12/12 .I myself try to grow really small plans (not that small tho :D) because of grow box constraints.Would have loved to just get a square pot to fill my pc case bottom and just throw random bagseed in there...
