That would depend on the cultivar they wish to grow and what medium they are growing in. No one size fits all in the grow room. Hell, I have sister plants that both require a different nutrient profile.

That's up to the grower to figure out what parameters best work in their garden period. For me it's simply running my room between 77-82 degrees with night time humidity at 50% and lights on humidity at 60-65%. Other than that it's just tweaking nutrients for some of my more picky cultivars...
