Seed germination, to light or not to light?

That's what I usually do too but I've been skipping the soaking stage, I've been getting ALOT of fresh seeds lately. They pop usually within 8-12 hours, but I found checking the pH of the water your using to soak them makes a difference, my tap water is very acidic and was ruining them, so I...

    Help with gg4.

Yeah, id back down on the watering but also that's a hot light that's CLOSE to your plants, id have it set a lot higher. like 30 inches plus. I have 2 seedlings in this stage that are thriving on a 1000watt led panel 32" above and they love the thing no stretching. And that 750HPS is a better...

    LED temps

Im going to say this right out the bat, those numbers are pretty unique to that individual's situation, what I would do is get your temps at a normal state around 70-75ºF and around 50% humidity, those are good numbers to start with, much higher you can start to run into some weirdness that will...

    Herms!

Hermie seeds are generally small and punish but they work and yeah i mean huge chance you get shafted but they do work. IMO save them as backups but use better seeds or new seeds

Has anyone ever seen seen this

this happened with a seedling last year outdoor, and it didn't make it as far as yours did. im assuming mine was an F1-F2 mutation the seedling pretty much just rotted cause the tissue damage was too great on its first set of leaves. funny how nature kills off the weak ones, but sometimes the...
