indeed, i use WBS spawned to hpoo/coco coir/gypsum/vermiculite i like the results, never tried corn but ive heard it works just as well as rye/wbs

it's possible. but without optimal fruiting conditions i doubt the yield would be anything spectacular

you're supposed to scoop the "floaters", or the seeds that float to the top of the water when soaking the WBS its normally consists of a shit load of sunflower seeds and a few pieces of wood, and other busted seeds

or you can buy a few 5 gallon buckets from lowes dump enough WBS to fill the bucket half way boil 7 quarts of water and dump it onto the WBS and seal the lid quickly let it sit for 1 hour then run it through a large strainer (you can make one out of another 5 gal bucket or use window screen)...

make monotubs do you know how to prepare grains? ie wild bird seed or rye berry if so id recommend using grains in widemouth quart jars. i get my grains from walmart, Pennington Wild Bird Seed ($10 for 25lbs) once you've prep'ed and inoculated your jars they'll colonize in about 2 weeks...

I soaked a quart of colonized wild bird seed in some cranberry juice for an hour or 2 and drained it Split it with 3 friends and had a mild body buzz. I wouldn't recommend it
