For something as minor as 18(12 could be argued in court if you have a rec) plants, it would take awhile... Im sure they have a lot more on their hands, especially in Cali where we can more or less smoke walking down the street and no one will say anything... "pre-approved warrant" never heard...

If he is living with someone who has a rec it brings it up to 24 plants, or he could have registered as a caregiver while the warrant was being processed which takes days to weeks for something like this. Make the terrorists work for it.

Trainwreck is a Sativa(or Sativa dominant hybrid depending on breeder) it can take up to 3 months to fully flower depending on pheno. I also have some Trainwrecks(among other strains) and they are doing okay. Most Outdoor plants finish around october AKA (croptober)
