If you transplant right. You shouldnt notice much shock What I usually do is fill the new hole with perlite and give it a nice water and very rarely do my plants have a long lasting shock period.

A 300w led will not burn a plant unless its basically resting on the plant. However they can become sunburnt like, but will not burn. So go find its happy medium:hump:

I hover around 50-55. when you start hitting high 60's/70's its time too be concerned!

Cfls are okay for veg but flowering and where in difderent territory! However a led panel mixed with a cfl or two works a charm :idea:
