I didn’t not check ph of soil but typically is ranges between 6.3 and 6.8. I have Ph’d the water I added and misted with to about 6.4.

I planted about 4 days ago. I believe it is overwatering that is causing this. Going to wait a few days and see what happens. Doubt she will bounce back being this young but nothing else I can really do. Thankful the other ladies are doing good.

Root system seems to be taking a while to develop. Do you think most of the energy is being focused on the roots causing leaf development to be slow? Trying not to mess with it but root seems to be a little bit longer then 2”. No side roots branching out just single root growing down.

Anything you should suggest I do? Will avoid watering for the next day or so. I am also running under 24/0 light schedule. The first set of leaves seem to be growing just very slowly.

It is in a solo cup for now. Someone suggested misting to avoid overwatering. I’m using FFOF. It tried flushing the solo cup 2 days prior to planting because most people say ocean forest is too hot. It must be genetic because my other seedling is growing just fine.

Okay thank you all for the input. I am using 3 gallon smart pots. See a lot of forums of first timers being impatient and start messing with things. Just letting her do her thang.

Okay thanks. Still trying to get the water down. Very top layer of soil seems to dry out fast. It’s still damp about 1”-1&1/2” below. When and how often should I be watering? I have just been misting with a water bottle.

UPDATE: Sprayed with some PH’d water and gently removed remaining membrane from cotyledons.

hi first time grow. I planted some germinated autoflower seeds straight into my medium. Using FFOF, flushed it a little two days prior. One of them have broke the surface but look a tad odd from pictures I’ve seen. Just trying to get some opinions. Is she healthy and doing well? Thanks
