The rockwool needs to be slightly moist at all times but not drenched.

3 days dark is 3 days less growth and maturation.

I use FF Grow for veg. Looks like your on the right track and keep us posted on your grow and I hope it turns out better then expected!

I also wait 2 weeks too feed after the 1st transplant but I feed at 2nd watering right after the 2nd transplant every other watering in veg throughout. I do not wait 2 weeks to feed after the 2nd 3rd and 4th transplant. This works great for me always and never an issue at all whatsoever just...

You get less growth this way. In veg I use 24 hour lighting to maximize growth and size of my plants and it always works very well. It's all up to the grower and it's all good.

. Burning may depend on the strain. I always feed my plants while using FFOF and I've never had a single prob of any kind and it has improved my grows big time. ;) .
