You don't need to cure the trim and you can even make it with wet fresh trim.. If you go to do that make sure it is completely frozen before hand and you will get a slightly lower yield. Otherwise just let it sit out a couple days and it will become bone dry and ready to use

80-85 at the plant is definitely NOT ok.. Good way to get yourself loose nugs, green hay smell, fewer trichs. Unless you're running co2.

There's really no way to tell with those pictures. Take whole plant pictures and further out where we can see the entire nug and then it's easier to judge, for me anyway.
