Whats best in a small area like that is to get one of those clip on desk fans attached to the frame to blow right under the light just so the radiant heat doesnt bleach or crisp the top buds. You definitely dont need a tower fan in there taking up prime real estate.

Thrip most likely. Theres various organic sprays with spinosad or neem oil that will take care of them. Best to act on it before plants are budding

Leeroy has been pretty difficult for me to clone as well. They take forever to root and when they do it's wispy little hair sized roots. The clones dont look healthy again until a week or two into veg.

That middle aged male patterned baldness look is hard to get just right, no way they do it with such finesse at Supercuts.

There are some breeders that specialize in producing strains that self pollinate, perhaps those would be of interest :)
