Most HID fixtures are missing UV as well, once you've got open rated bulbs or the glass from an air cooled reflector the amount is typically minimal at best.... For small fixtures forget it. By comparison if you really wanted to, you could drive LED's low and slow while running fluoro UV bulbs...
