So i received my smart pots a while back. i ordered 27 of them, and only got 26 so i ran to the store and bought an extra pot. transplanted everybody and lowered my trays onto 2gal buckets. to give me more room. take a look!!!! this is part of my 6000w room.

I dont use HID but your plan sounds solid. you can fit a 4x8 tray in your flower room and a 4x4 in your veg. and just make shelves of t5 for your domes. you should be good. just have the proper ventilation and no light leaks, you should b good.
