Ocean forest has a bunch of different meals in them, but happy frog has a some myco in it for root growth, u can always go with ocean forest and then add myco. which is probably what i would do.

Plants are hardy. prolly wont get hermie. But i dont know how bad u burnt them. ur instinct to flush was rite. Just flush with clearex or flush with plain water, and then get back on schedule. you should be alright, but your crop might need another week added onto your schedule

Go with a brand a lot of people use and are happy with. Get rid of that time release. Or even go as far to making and amending your own soil. that way u can just feed water. and be done with it. get a good drainage pot, and then just water everyday to every other day depending on the pot size...

Try magic green. Read everyone's dosage that they use tho. i read somewhere that on the bottle is wrong, and it's at an even LOWER dose. something like .5 to 1 ml PER gallon. use as foliar spray. if u have plenty of exhaust do u have fresh air coming in?
