The fan could in fact fail, however the tents fan is actually off for an hour or more frequently. I'm not worried and I'll keep you posted if I notice any melting happen. Thanks for the concern though.

Orca film is 12mm thick and different material then standard black and white poly, and the reflectors are cool tubes. I've been running this setup for 3 months with no issues.
