So you want to know if an hlg550 is as good as a 1000w hps and a 900w cob fixture. well for one Quantum boards IMO are worth every penny and there are alot of established grows on RIU to back that up. when it comes to ease of repair turning a screwdriver for a few screws on either a QB or Driver...

well going with LED's is a good choice but NOT going with vipar spectra lamps would be good also. I know guys who got these lights when they were at their original prices for hundreds more. this forum has an excelent LED section where you can get more info on whats best to go with today...
