    Indoor Blackdog LED grow

Just my two cents on defoliation. I've been a believer in defoliating sometimes to help light break through the canopy, but I've learned that if you start too early, you can really hurt your end yield shocking the plant multiple times through the flowering period. Be very selective, and only do...

    50x Homegrown in Cube Tent

Thanks for the sub. I'll post pix my next day off from work. Have to move some of the girls around. Took 9 early to save from buying smoke. Still got 20 going. As far as 'usual suspects' I got a dehumidifier for my astronomical transpiration. Got the a/c running so my temps are 68dark and...

    50x Homegrown in Cube Tent

It is a bit of a jungle at times. This is the last run of this equipment. I have 2 shop lights with red spectrum T12's and a 600w HPS cool tube with XL reflector. My tent could use about 2000w but the heat would kill them, so I'm technically running under half the possible need at a mere 760w...

    50x Homegrown in Cube Tent

Well I think this'll be my last update on RIU. Seems too hard to get people interested...People have a few threads they follow and everyone else gets kind of ignored. Seen too many threads where it's only the person who created the thread posting time and again. Doesn't really offer people...

    50x Homegrown in Cube Tent

So were now into the beginning of week 3 into full flower and things are looking yummier by the day. This is one of a few sativa doms. This is the tallest of the lot. Very nice crystallization so far. Kind of tough to get a picture of all the girls at once, but I try. Recently got a nice size...

Those are about 10 days from switching to 12/12. They sexed fairly quick which was nice. I'm going to post an update after answering this question.

Hey, been a while since I've updated this. Seems like the RIU is working again for the most part so I'll try to show what I can. So since the last update, the plants have begun to flower. Naturally since they came from herme seeds I did have some male preflowers show up but I've been pinching...

Mars 2 LED 1st time grow

In full veg. I've had humidity up to 80-90% with no problems. But my setup is different. I run a closed 600w with ducting and a fan and some shop lights in a 6x6x6 Mylar tent. I know LEDs aren't meant for high humidity applications so you'll have to be the judge on how much humidity those units...

Mars 2 LED 1st time grow

Sorry I didn't reply sooner, phone's being annoying. Looking good. Lower to mid 70's is ideal for where you're at right now. The fact that the soil is older just means more nutrients are unlocked and immediately available to the plant, probably attributed to the early yellowing. Early on use...

My aim is to get over 12 lbs off 6 plants

If there's a cheaper easier way to do it 9/10 people will take the shortcut. Even with/out knowing what the consequences will be. All these rules and systems were created by those in power and were designed solely to keep them in that throne of power. I know it sucks that PGR is abused and a lot...

Mars 2 LED 1st time grow

As for the yellowing leaves it could be: 1. Overwatering Or 2. Lower N levels than P K in the soil could do it. Seedlings really are the toughest part of the grow because they are so delicate. I've gotten mad before and thrown some plants in a dumpster.....My buddy said I was just wigging out...

Mars 2 LED 1st time grow

I'd wait until you transplant before 'feeding' them. I do very little as far as 'feeding' a plant. If you have good soil your best bet is to let your roots spread and break down the yummyness in the soil. Main reason I'm not a fan of hydro, no nutes in water so you HAVE to add them. Look...

    50x Homegrown in Cube Tent

So Friday morning, and the count is up to 49 sprouts in soil. A couple got mucked up so I had to replace them. Got 5 last seeds germing. Been tilling my soil from last grow. I really hope all the plant matter is broken down before I start using it. The way I set up my dirt so I can get...

Mars 2 LED 1st time grow

Everything looks good so far buddy. Trust me overwatering is such an easy mistake to make. I've done it numerous times. When you have less than three nodes of growth either use a little cup for watering or mist the top soil until it's nice and moist. Topping can be done anytime after 3rd node...

My aim is to get over 12 lbs off 6 plants

So, been following this thread a while now. Very impressed with the amount of plantage going on, but I'm going to have to agree with Lukio on this grow reeking of PGR. If this bud isn't for consumption you got some nice 'monster' bud pics, but if it is getting smoked it's gonna be headache...

    50x Homegrown in Cube Tent

Alrighty. Monday noontime update. After nine days of germinating seeds I currently have 45/50 seeds sprouted and planted in dirt. 20 something of them have breached top soil and are now growing. I'm germinating a fresh 10 seeds I've been picking from buds while I smoke. The other ones were...

    50x Homegrown in Cube Tent

Time for an update. So day 4 of germination and I have 16/50 beans popped and planted into dirt. Set up another 50 seeds to germinate as back ups. Just in case beans don't pop or sprouts don't sprout. Think I'm going to pass on LED panels this time due to budget constraints and give the 600w...

Hello everyone at the RIU community. I'm new to this site, but have been a huge fan of Mary Jane for a long time. Not wasting too much time saying hello. So, here's what I'm doing for this grow. My last grow had light leakage issues and long story short I was blessed with slight...
