do you spray above and below all the leafs and also the stem with soap and water ?

ok and you just do half water and half neem oil in a spray bottle and spray the whole plant leafs and stem and under leafs ?

ive been told its called powdery mildew and to trim those leafs immediately

ya i trimmed those see if that helps it was all the leafs that got bleached by the sun when i first got them also i have a bug problem i think 2 leafs on the plant with the powdery mold spots alse has some holes threw the two leafs like a bug ate them heres pics how can i fix this and what is it?

on my other plant theres no issues or any holes in the leafs but i did see a smal yellow bug like a spec could this be whats on my other plant
