Phosphorus deficiency?

Looks like nute burn and the yellowish leaf looks like possible phosphorus deficiency but you for sure have nute burn that’s why all the tips and brown and turning up

To be honest it’s tiny still. I would flower now unless you are going to transplant. Remember it will double to triple in size in the first 2 weeks I mean you can technically flower as soon as it sprouts if you wanted. Cut that part off so it stops growing up and forces the other stems to grow. It’s a bit tall and I could be wrong but looks like you may have bugs.
